All orders are handled and shipped on the same day or next day following the payment, unless stated for otherwise by the customer. We ship Monday-Thursday, with delivery on the following day, usually by 12:00 PM in most areas. All orders will be shipped through FedEx Priority Overnight. Someone must be present to accept the package and be able to immediately carry out our recommended acclimation process.

ACCLIMATION PROCESS
Instead of a long drip acclimation, we recommend placing the bag to float in the tank for 15 minutes, then just releasing the fish. This is a far safer and more stress-free way to acclimate the fish.

DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY 
At the rare instance of DOA (Dead on Arrival), the customer will receive store credit of the purchase amount of the dead fish (shipping is non-refundable and not dismissed even when using store credit).

Buyer must, within one hour of receipt, send picture/video proof of the packaging with the fish in its unopened bag. We will monitor the weather conditions during the shipment in order to ensure that delays are prevented in result to extreme weather. We are not responsible for any shipping complications beyond our control, and the DOA policy is then in void.
